Not sure if this is the right place but it is about a carpet. I'm in the process of figuring out an adult cage for my carpet baby. Now to date she isn't a attack beast at feeding time and fairly timid but being so young could be why. My question is if I were to get a PVC cage it would be built by herp houses. Should I have a single door or double door? I've heard with snakes that are bit aggressive at feeding time it's best to have double doors to separate yourself from an enthusiastic snake. There is a cost increase with double doors and having the barrier isn't as nice to look at but I'm thinking of more what's best to have with an adult carpet.

I prefer the sliding double doors. Like you said it's easier to contain the snake on one side of the enclosure especially when feeding the larger snakes.

These would be hinged doors.
