Abaddon deserves an update in a topic of her own, she shed last night and looks gorgeous but still has issues. The scab on her face came off and that particular part actually looks Very good, that wound seems to be healed 90%. Her belly scales are still a bit rough and torn but the redness has receded and they look like they're healing, tried to take a picture but she is very nippy and jumpy. Did not have enough hands haha :D
She shed mostly in once piece just had to pluck a bit of her tail-tip, which surprised me because she was very dry the entire shedding cycle.. I expected a patchy shedding. Her shed was an extremely thick layer, felt almost like cardboard. Not sure why, but I think it was two layers of shed over each other. Would explain the cloudy eyes and the dry skin she had completely..(Was kept in a bone dry enclosure on some sort of sand) Even more impressing she managed to get most of it off by herself.
What I am a bit sad about is that the driest patch of skin she had (which also had a small scab) seems to have came off completely and is now an open wound. I cleaned it and I'll see if it closes soon, it was still bleeding a bit but she was getting very stressed out so I let it go for now. She seemed a tiny bit weaker, not the annoyed little fire cracker she was on day one. Think the shedding took a lot of energy, her strikes did not get as far.
I weighed her and she is 7 grams total lighter than the first day she came here, you can see her ribs and spine fairly well. She is young, and I know young boas often have visible ribs... But in my opinion you can see them too well for a snake that is supposed to be nearly 1,5 years old, my baby wild caught Surinams ribs aren't this visible... Please share your thoughts and opinions, you can see them in real life better than on the pictures because she puffs herself up, on the 2nd last picture you can sort of see what I mean. She also feels a bit skin and bones when holding her, am I being paranoid? The only meal she had with me she regurged... I have a small rat pup I will try to feed her soon. She is a pretty girl I really hope she gets better!
Before shed.

Natural light, you can see her ribs/spine on this picture. Her tail feels a bit deflated and bony.

The regurging sounds a lot like what I've been going through with Morzan. :( All I can say is keep trying. Do you have anything like NutriBAC in your country, something to aid in digestion?
She's got a comically large head, and paired with her skinniness this seems like an issue she's been dealing with for a long time. The open wound really worries me, too. I hope she can turn around! I'm sure she'd be a bit sweeter if she wasn't battling so many issues.

NutriBAC is very hard to get here, the only variant I know was still for sale a couple of years ago was the parrot one but I haven't seen that in a while either.. We need to import from either the US or AU, which takes quite some time and costs a pretty penny. She does have a very big head, really could use some nutrition. I will see what happens after I try one more time, one regurge because she was feeling ill doesn't have to be a disaster is what I'm telling myself.. Her belly looked painful, now it looks better so I hope she feels better too! Maybe she will be less snappy once she recovers, but tbh it wouldn't matter much to me. Funny thing is she doesn't hiss at all, just nips at random intervals 0 warning haha.
Hope she starts eating and holding down found for you. I'm sure all your care is appreciated in some way or another.

That's unfortunate. :( Hopefully just giving her some time before feeding her will be enough. I'm not sure how big she is, but if she regurges again maybe you'll need to try something even smaller than a rat pup...good luck on that, any time I hear about regurging snakes I'm kinda put on edge, sometimes it doesn't end well. If she starts keeping meals down, she should improve though, and then you can get a fecal and get that test done.

We have "vetericyn plus" here in the US. Have you heard of it there? It's my go-to resource for wounds. We get it at the tractor supply store because it's cheaper. Also you can get a large bottle sold for horses, at the same price as the smaller ones, and it's exactly the same ingredients.
my vet uses it to keep all wounds clean, on dogs, cats my horses, reptiles, sugar gliders...
I think you're doing a great job in such a short time with Abaddon, she is stunning :)
Hopefully she will be feeling better soon. I'm sure she feels better already with that thick shed!

I did a fecal with the tiny bit that came out, was clean. She's a over 3ft, feeding her things smaller than a ratpup doesn't seem like the right thing to do. I fed her a small rat last time, was only half of her width. A rat pup cant be more than 1/3rd.

Hope that she is able to hold down her meal. In the meantime you should consider giving her tepid clear water soaks. Just have the water very shallow (ventral scale depth). In the principles of resuscitation, fluid should be the first line of rehydration over solids. Snakes absorb quite a bit of fluid through the cloaca. It's great that the fecal was clean. As far as the bleeding open wound i think just try keeping it clean and maybe a wiping with chlorhexadine or betadine for the antiseptic properties. And Tsu bump up the ambient temp a few degrees.

She seems fine, looks like she digested her food and the wound has scabbed over without any swelling or irritation.

Guess who eats like a champ and has already gained 40 grams :D! Not a single regurge since the first one, and she looks a little less skinny now and is very keen on food. She is still very nippy, but that's ok :D
She also loves hiding in tubes, so I got her a huge tube!
