S'ven weighed in at 462g today. Of all my carpets he seems to be growing at the slowest pace. He's my smallest critter now but I think he'll end up as one of my largest.

JB- the average is about 6.5-8 ft. and they max out at about 10ft. They're pretty bulky as adults.

Looking good, actually looks bigger than my younger carpet now. She's an IJ though, so won't max out like S'ven. Nothing grows as fast as the bull snake IME though, lol.

I'd like to follow this thread. I've wanted a Bredli for some time. A local shop had one a while back but I was tight on funds at the time. How's his temperament?

He's a really docile snake Jack. He was a little nippy as a hatchling but he grew out of that within a month or two. I LOVE carpets and highly recommend them. They're my favorite species of snakes. ;)

He looks good! If he outgrows your olive I am seriously revoking Nigels giant card btw. :D

LOL @ Tsubaki. The Bredli will most likely be bulkier than the olive but I'm confident Nigel will be a long, lean, rat and rabbit eating machine. So far he's off to a great start. Hasn't missed a meal yet and occasionally he'll take 2nds. I told him that we barely made it into the giant club and we might have to start at the bottom of the totem pole and work our way up. We're working hard and will continue to do our best to make everyone proud. :)
