Thank you, she is a Guyana bcc, 2.5 years old.

Thanks. She is the closest thing to a giant for me since I live in Florida. Your Jenny is spectacular.

Thank you very much mate and the laws for keeping giants in the states are bad enough but Florida is extremely bad.

Only time she snapped at me was when I first got her a year ago. She is very alert and follows any movement. It's weird how she tends to react to me differently than other people. I guess we have a good understanding. The reason why I fell in love with her is the color. Guyana bcc have purple and pink hues.

Beautiful. Nearly bought a Guyanan today but resisted and bought some lighting for my vivs instead.

Any chance of some full shots-looks a gorgeous snake.

I thought that's what she was, that tails just sooooo amazing,it's like two different snakes joined together,I'm glad her temperament is good I always wondered what it was like with them,it's amazing how they follow you round the room, there just fascinating,I've got friends at worked hooked now and since she brought one she reckons just from watching it and let it runs through her hands it's de-stressed her no end

Bcc boas have a reputation for being aggressive but I haven't experienced any problems. Mine will be a handful when she is full grown. She is always trying to grab stuff or going vertical.

Beautiful!! Love red tailed boas :D I personally have never heard of bcc being known to be aggressive before.. I had breeders from Guyana, Suriname and Peru and none were really aggressive. :) One female was a handful at times though

More of a rumor, probably due to high amount of imports back in the day.

Beautiful BCC.

I'll agree with what you said about the temperment being the same as the common BCI. Definitely an old idea back from the import days that is still circulated, similar to the ones about blood pythons.

I had imported animals too back then, barely any issues. :) My imported bali yellowhead retic, now that was a different story!
