What snake is this? Snake found in my house Florida.

Hey everyone I was wondering if you know what type of snake this is. I don't know too much about snakes. I am located in the Tampa area. This snake was found in my bedroom my dog was barking at it. At first I thought it was a rattlesnake because it curled up into a striking position and was shaking its tail but after taking a closer look I don't think it is a rattlesnake. It is small maybe 12 inches long if stretched out. I have 2 videos of the snake I posted on youtube take a look!
