So I'm having a bit of an issue with the layout of my herp room.
This is an old picture as I've reorganized a few times since the picture and added a glass tank. Even here the "corner" leaves an awkward space between the cage and the couch. I tried having a live plant in the corner but despite what I was told it didn't do well with the lighting it received so thinking of redoing it yet again and trying a different one. The problem becomes with 2' deep cages becomes a dead space 2x2 in the corner.
Any tips on maximizing space in this room? It's roughly 9x10. The reclining loveseat isn't the best use of space but I had it when I moved here and it didn't fit in my living room. It's very comfy with a nice beverage and just sit and watch. I am usually pretty good with 3d tetris and fitting things together but so far haven't come up with a good way of dealing with the corners and not having a dead space on the adjacent wall.
