My UTH's adhesive is coming unstuck, anybody got good tips for keeping it on a few more months?

Foil tape, used in hvac for sealing ductwork. It's an aluminum tape, can be purchased at any hardware store. That's what I've used to keep mine attached to PVC cages as they wouldn't stay on. I tape all four edges and no issues.
