Well, ever since last spring my little Crested Gecko - Rodney McKay - has been getting increasingly...amorous. He gives me "love bites" every time I come near him. When his bites were gentle it was funny (as you will see by the videos!) but lately his bites have become harder and harder - to the point I expected to see blood last time. I guess it's gloves from here on out! :/ Oh well.

Let me tell you, feeding time is interesting. Getting the food dish in his viv without him biting me is a feat of courage! :rolleyes:

I was just looking at one of these today. Is it something you have been doing that has caused him to become "amorous"? Normal behavior? Seen in both sexes or only males?

Karilyne, it's like with snakes, some are calm and loves to be held and some are like the one Pareee is having :) I'm looking for new crestie too recently, but didin't found anything interesting so far.

my daughter has a chameleon that is jealous of her boyfriend. every time jon comes around, the chameleon turns black and hisses at him. he's given him some good scratches too.
