Meet Louise

I got my first snake a week ago yesterday and I'm fairly sure she's a female as I did the tail popping thing per a video I watched. Her name is Louise and she is a pastel. :)

I feel that I really lucked out so far with regard to feeding because she's eaten twice for me with no issue whatsoever. I know that's apt to change at some point but I'm counting my blessings until then!

Great addition and congrats. Be sure to get someone experienced in sexing ball pythons to double check your result. It takes practice before you really become accurate and perfect the technique. Sweet looking pastel. Lol.

She's such a sweet girl. She balls up every time I take her out for handling but she usually starts exploring within 5 minutes or so.
