Restless Boa

Can anyone explain to me what's going on with my male six year old Hog Island boa? He's been very restless for the last month, hasn't eaten in three months, and is frequently soaking his cloaca. The restlessness isn't normal for him. He's usually petty laid back.

My 4.5 year old is acting in this way as well, and he's been leaving me sperm plugs in his dish, and even gave one to me directly! Gotta love male snakes ready to breed. -.-
