Snake problem

Need help asap someone please let me know what could be up with my snake. I'll uoad a pic when someone responds. The problem I'm having is that my snake appears to have a swollen vent right at the edge of the vent opening. He hasn't been attacked or bitten I noticed this yesterday afternoon and I'm concerned that he may be in pain.
