Hi,
I have a year old male Guyana Boa (BCC) and I can never seem to find a solid answer for temps for red tail boas.

These are his temps as of right now:

Day:
Hot spot: 92-93
Hot side: 88-90
Cold side: 80-81

Night:
Hot spot: 84-85
Hot side: 78-80
Cold side: 75-76

Let me know if anything is not right so I can fix it as soon as possible. Thanks!

That seems pretty good to me. I'm not a Guyana expert though. What are you working with humidity wise?

I've always heard BCC should be kept a few degrees cooler than BCI.

This is where I'm keeping my Colombian, if it helps you any.

Summer temps:
88-90F hot spot
85F ambients with a cool spot of 80F allowed

Winter temps
No hot spot
85F ambients
80F cool end

My 6 month old is being kept a bit differently, since she's currently on flexwatt. So her tub is room temp, which varies between 75F and 85F depending on how cold it is outside. Her flexwatt provides a hot spot of 90-93F, but I'm only keeping the flexwatt so hot because the rest of her tub isn't heated.

Sounds good to me, I keep my humidity at 70-80%.
