horned worms are a good healthy treat if its big enough to eat them. They are large worms

Hes a year and a half and beautiful. I cannot get those around here. What about live plants in the cage? The lady that had him was clipping his nails.... i feel this is incorrect considering he cant climb up his screen cage wall... i feel bad for him i hope they grow back good.

I'm new to chameleons but the breeder that I got my veiled from just about insisted that live plants were a necessity. My little guy has a pothos and sanseviera but when he gets bigger I'm going to get some low, bushy plants and a ficus. I think that just about any interior plant capable of holding his weight will work.
Any chance that you can share pictures?

The planth chairman listed are all god options but smaller plants. A good lpant that gets tall are money trees. I dont know the proper name for them but if you ask for that at a nursery they will know what youre looking for. Also with your enclosure if hanging a plant is an option a wandering jew is a nice colorful addition as well. they do well on the floor as well.
