looks like a Chrysopelea (flying snake) not certain but thats my primary suspision. I believe Singapore is part of their range.
Personally would love a Chrysopelea paradisi ( paradise flying snake) vrey closely related, the paradise species has red checkering along the back.
Agree with Flying Snake (Chrysopelea sp.). Specifically, it appears to be a Paradise Flying Snake (Chrysopelea paradisi), they don't all have the red patterning. Paradise Flying Snake (C. paradisi) and Twin-barred Tree Snake/Banded Flying Snake (C. pelias) are the only Chrysopelea found in Singapore. Golden Tree Snake (Chrysopelea ornata) looks very similar, but its range seems to end somewhere in Peninsular Malaysia north of Singapore.
Not having much luck finding a nice range map. This rather old paper (http://www.new1.dli.ernet.in/data1/upload/insa/INSA_1/20005b88_399.pdf) has a rough range map for Chrysopelea paradisi & Chrysopelea ornata, see figure 3 on the last page.

I think it looks more like the ornate than paradise. the paradise has a red checkering along the top of the back.
Many thanks guys, for sharing your knowledge.
