Breeding "slow grown" milksnakes

Looking for information on the feasability of breeding snakes that have been "slow grown" I understand they are genetically productive, but is there such a thing as too stunted to safely breed?

What does "slow grown" mean? Like it needs to more quantifiable than that.

We "slow grow" our boas and balls to an extent that we don't allow them to breed prior to 3 years of age.
