Shameless promotion of one of my babies. Please forgive my annoying voice and snake baby talk, lol.

Did you enter only the code after the = in the URL? I get that same white box if I try entering in the entire URL in between the YouTube text wrap.

Oh how weird, because I tested it right after I posted and it worked.

Anyway here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkKN16GG76o

How cute, just blowing little nose bubbles. I'm sure he/she feels right at home.

Yeah it's not the most eventful video, lol. She was hissing at me before I put her in the tub, but once she's in the water she'll play around for hours.

Nice anaconda ;)

Do you use cold or rather warm water for this?

Nice looking anaconda. Love to see your cage set up for it. I use to have a yellow anaconda.

Her setup is pretty modest at the moment. Since she's still pretty small I keep her in a large tub. Her substrate is newspaper and she has two water bowls. One is for soaking and the other (too small for her to get into) is theoretically for fresh drinking water. I'm amazed that she not only uses both, but she is delicate enough that she rarely spills water. My retics on the other hand love any chance they can get to make a mess, lol.

There is a local reptile store that just started offering custom caging, so I am looking into that for her next viv.

My male annie is in the same sized tub, and he also gets two water bowls, but unlike the female he gets a thick layer Reptibark (for burrowing), two cheap plastic hides and a privacy curtain (towel). He's extremely shy and this was the only way I could get him to eat reliably for me. My female is generally well adjusted around people and never turns down a meal.
