Im going to be making a small snake rack for some argentine boa and coastal carpet python hatchlings. I have my tubs all set to go, but how many holes should i put through them? If it helps im using a soldering gun to make the holes

Thanks in advance
Nick

It depends on the type of snake and what its humidity requirments are. easiest way is to start with a few hole and just add more to lower humidity as needed.

Also remember your ambient temps in the room where the rack is will play into the humidity levels as well as the substrate you use. Make sure to get a accurite hygrometer to monitor your humidity levels

You might not need holes. Many of my tubs work just fine with only the gap between the tub and the above rack. You can always add more but you can't put material back.
