Hi, I'm new to this forum. I hope I'm posting this ID question correctly. I saw this snake (is it?) in PA yesterday. Do you have any ideas what it is?

Eastern garter snake, harmless. You might get a nip or a bit of musk though.

Yup, it's a Garter Snake.
