Rachel, MacBeth is male :) We do really love him, even though we call him 'MacDeath' from time to time...hehehe :D He is incredibly aware and very fast. A true star in our collection.

It's difficult sometimes to find a pure clastolepis. Many of the babies that are being imported are crossed with amethystine.... it's difficult to tell unless you know what you are looking for. The head scales, postocular stripes and neckbars give it away ;)
