My little bugger is app. 5 months old, the reptile store I bought him from had hatched him not two weeks before I took him in. Now I have seen a few different images of axanthic Florida Kings before so I know they're out there. Unfortunately not enough people appreciate this species so they're few and far between. I'll post a few pics I've taken of him recently, hopefully someone can tell me if he is axanthic or not. Keep in mind he's about 5 months old and 2 feet long. I have fairly large hands so it makes him appear smaller than he actualy is.

Could be axanthic. Sometimes they don't develop much yellow until they start getting around 8-12 months old, though, so time will tell. But if the shop bred these guys, wouldn't they know what kind of genetics they were working with? Or did they pair WC adults?
