Most definitely a carpet python of some sort. Someone will come along that can tell you more specifics.

Hard to tell but looks like a jungle carpet to me.

Could be a coastal or a jungle, need to see the shape of the head.

I wish I had cool (non-venomous) snakes in my shed!

Thanks for the Id
It is in the same spot, (the cupboard is just outside my bathroom in the house, not outside in the shed) so I got some more photos.

I googled the suggestions and I found a picture that looks very similar and it said a jungle carpet python.

No, that one is a scrub python.

The only snakes I'm likely to find in my shed are browns.

It's a jungle, thanks for the id.
It probably also poops in my house but I have never seen it do anything. The other one (I've called Estia) makes a lot of noise pooping so it calls my attention and I see it.
There are several snakes that come it. I am just wanting to identify them so I know what they are. Out in the yard, which is all forest, I have seen many but most are pythons. Only one that I saw on my driveway was a red-bellied black. It was during the rainy season when the creek fills up. It attracts a lot of animals, especially reptiles, snakes and lizards.

I didn't notice your location before, lol. It is probably a Mareeba jungle python.
The joys of living in the sub tropics. :)
