My dad is an artist and did a painting of Ammit for me, I love it!

He is very talented for sure, very realistic looking. Hobby or not he could make money on the side for sure. I'd pay for that kind of quality.

Modesty isn't a bad thing, known a few artists that don't think they are as good as they are. A friends sister drew me a nice picture of a wolf. Before she showed me she said she didn't like which isn't really what you're supposed to say to a client seeing as I was paying her to do it but I liked it. It's what I wanted and it's hanging above my fireplace in the living room.

Oh man.....as a fellow artist...wow...just...wow...the lighting, detail, and range of colors is amazing! And the theme of the Mexican horizon with Ammit is so beautiful! And acrylics can be difficult to work with o.o

GAH SO PRETTY!!!! You should show him this thread and let him know he would have several clients lined up if he chose to go with it XD

Fantastic! I had to do a double take and really pay attention to the details. That is professional work. Does he do this artwork as a business?
