Pituophis catenifer would be my best guess.

With the markings and the head shape my guess is that it is some sort of rat snake, but none are native to Washington. So unless you have someones escaped pet I am going to have to agree with Tsubaki that it is a gopher snake.
I agree with Albert, it is a Rat Snake. Could I bother you for some additional photos champagnebaby? Particularly a full body shot and another close up of the head, but at an angle from the side? If you could upload them to a photo hosting site like Photobucket and link them that would be great, the would be much better resolution that way. Very strange you caught this animal so far from its natural range, it must an escaped pet as MesoCorney suggests. What sort of enclosure do you have it in and what has it been eating?

I'd like to see some side shots as well, of both the head and body. The pictures aren't really clear enough to get a good look at the scalation on the head...because of how much the eyes stand out from above, I'm leaning more towards rat snake but without better pictures I can't really rule out Pituophis catenifer deserticola, a Great Basin gopher snake, which is native to the area and babies often have similar markings and coloration.
