Idaho's only Reptile Show!

Coming August 22nd and 23rd 2015, the second annual Twin Falls Reptile Expo!

Come on by and bring the family!

There will be local and out of state reptile, invert and amphibian breeders selling their animals, dry goods and free educational info on these wonderful creatures.
This is a great chance to meet local breeders, learn about these amazing animals and maybe even find a new companion.

This is a smaller show but has a lot of variety!

For more information, the Twin Falls Reptile Expo's Facebook page is here:

Awesome! We, Elemental Exotics, will be vending there. Stop by and say hi!

In addition to what we will have for sale, corns, crested geckos, maybe Rosy boas and possibly Thai Bamboo ratsnakes, we are also bringing some of our resident animals for display and or for people to handle. We will have one of the Thai rat adults, one of the Green Bush ratsnakes, Tricolor hognose and one of the Rosy boas, for sure. Possibly a few of the others. So definitely some species that Idahoans don't get to see in person often! And most of the other vendors will have quite the variety too.

I'm in Boise, and I definitely want to go. I'll only be able to go for one day, though. I've never been to a reptile expo before....would I be missing out on anything if I only went on a Saturday?

If you just want to look and see the most that is there, Saturday is almost certainly the best day. Sunday afternoons are best if you are wanting to bargain shop, it's possible a lot of the good stuff sold on Sat but vendors are more willing to give deals and haggle at the end of shows rather than the beginning. One or two of the vendors may only be doing one day and that is generally Sat, so they might not be there at all on Sun.

Last year we were only able to vend on Sat but this year we will be there both days.

I can't find any info on tickets or fees, does it cost anything to get in?

I didn't know those details, so I just asked the main organizer.
And she said $5 for adults, $3 for kids, $10 for families (two adults plus kids.)
"Kids" are 12 and under but those under 3 are free. I asked to clarify that those prices were per day and not 2 day passes and this was the reply. "I didn't do two day passes.. hmm do $7 for adults ($2 at the door with your old stamp) and kids can get in free next day."

If you have any other questions, you can message through the FB page, someone should get back to you fairly fast. Or I can relay inquiries if needed.
