My wild snake was a bit on the grumpy side today lol. Rattling his tail and trying to bite me. He wasn't a happy camper :)

Yes, a Western Fox snake :) My husband almost had a heart attack when he saw me trying to get close enough to get good pics lol. This is the smaller one there is a huge one out there too.

His face looks a bit swollen in that first pic, maybe in shed?

Yes, non venomous, if it were I would not have gotten that close to it. I'm not that brave :)

Of course I didn't have my zoom lens on the camera so I was on my knees taking these photos rotfl. But he was mad enough to pose for me :) and not run lol.
