Hey folks,
Yesterday was feeding time again and i had one big rabbit for my burm. Think it was just over 3kilo (bought 10kilo and i had 3 rabbits).

Here, he is waiting for that moment of relief ^^:

Awesome photos! Very fun. Are those live plants in the enclosures? If so, do you keep them in pots, or rooted into the substrates?

Thanx all, i really love him. And yes, all real plants in there, straight in the substrate.

Do you need to water the substrate? I'd like to do a planted viv but am unsure of how to maintain the plants. Any input would be appreciated.

I spray the entire enclosure every other day, till all is good wet. Normally i do it in the afternoon, so the warmth from the heat panel is vaporizing it, so it dries out more easy. And since it's the warm and rainy season in his natural habitat now, i spray more and sometimes even daily.

I guessed they'd need a lot of water, but doesn't that promote mold/fungi growth?

Great pics! He looks really handsome. Hope he'll get his new big home soon, so he will not "be forced" to eat on the floor, haha! ;)

Mikoh4792, I'm having real plants in all my vivs too, some in pots, some in substrate, it's really great thing! And zero problems with mold :)

Thanx Sylphie and yes, no problems with mold. I do have some pebbles at the very bottom to take in the water if it gets soaked a bit.
