View Full Version : Leptotyphlops goudotii
Hi guys, another visitor. Really a small one
Sorry for the photos, the good camera was dead. I'll try to add more next time I see one, they're pretty common.

what side is the head? weird little creature
The black rounded side is the head, the not-so-rounded yellow end is the tail.

its kinda funny.. ha ha never seen anything like it.. and he is soo small.. im taking a guess and saying he eats.. ants? little tiny bugs? ha ha
Yes, I suppose it's full or almost full grown, never saw one bigger than that. And that's right, they eat ants, termites and their eggs.
Something interesting is that, I don't remember how...I think they release a scent or something like that to avoid being bited by the ants.
