I looked on a website that lists everything for arkansas! Took some searching though. Herps of Arkansas: HomePage (http://www.herpsofarkansas.com)
is this site accurate? I like all the info but I'm not completely sure it is correct.

I can't offer any personal experience for herping in Arkansas, I've only been in Arkansas once when I was very young, but that is a good looking web site you found there and from what I can tell it is pretty accurate. I'm bookmarking it myself for future reference.

Only herped NW Arkansas. You should have a good time though nice variety of species in the state.

Only herped NW Arkansas. You should have a good time though nice variety of species in the state.

unfortunately, my mother says no field herping:( well it doesn't hurt to try...but I enjoy looking that stuff up. Such a variety out there. Maybe I'll run across a garter or some lizards or turtles XD I love the rocks and hills of northern Arkansas (not completely north, maybe 3/4 of the way up.)
