Good News guys and gals, THE COURT RULED IN FAVOR OF THE REPTILE NATION!!!!! HOT OFF THE PRESS! USARK is announcing that the court ruled in our favor , granting our motion for preliminary injunction. This injunction will suspend the ban on interstate transportation of reticulated pythons and green anacondas under the LACEY ACT. A step in the right direction for us!! :D :D :D

Keep in mind that the ban IS STILL IN EFFECT (for now)....the next meeting between the two parties will be on the 18th(?)....at that time the ban will *likely* be lifted while the appeals process plays out. this could take a very long time and lots of $$$$. texas and florida may be excluded from the injunction (depends on how you read the judges ruling) and they will still be barred from transportation of these animals. keep supporting USARK with your donations, they will need everything they can get to help fight this ridiculousness.

we can't afford to screw up now and start moving these animals around and across state lines just yet...don't give FWS any ammo to come back on us and hurt us..
