I could kick my own ***. I tried to fix the cable that connects the sensor with the display and used a tacker. All went perfectly fine. But when i shot the last clamp...i hit the cable...

new thermometer is on its way from amazon now...xD

Why didn't you just use foil tape or electrical tape???
