I have a 6.5ft unsexed adult argentine boa I've read that of the boas argentines should be more heavy bodied so i was wondering how heavy it should be.

Isn't this the same boa with the respiratory infection and mild dehydration?

I believe it is That would explain loose skin. Once it gets over being dehydrated the skin should tighten.

Personally it looks fine to me as far as weight goes. If it does happen to be underweight, it will gain whatever weight it needs feeding it on a normal schedule with reasonable-sized meals. Once it's healthy again.
My BCI is 8.5 lbs at 6', so for an Argentine at 6.5' I'd guessimate it being in the 10-13 lb range.

They're supposed to be heavy bodied compared to bcc and bci though

They can be, but I've seen plenty the same body tone as a BCI or BCC, and just as healthy. And those weights were me giving room for a heavier-bodied animal. If my BCI were 6.5', he'd be 9-10 lbs. So on the lighter end, a BCO could be about the same, and at the heavier end I'd guess around 13 lbs.
