Hello all. I had important task the past 2 days , my sons runaway corn snake Poblo . My boy put the lid on upside down , leaving a gap my RTB Prince could have gotten thru . I tried to trap him in a soda bottle trap put in a hopper and well I lost the hopper instead of catching Poblo . Well while making a quick search of the area the food ran away in I looked all the way in the back of the coat closet and found a Poblo not a hopper . I was never so happy to find a loose snake in the house . I wish the corn could just chill instead like Prince my RTB , instead of being an escape artist . I will figure out how to post pics of our snakey friends soon .

Really nice clean pattern on Prince there! Hope your son has learned his lesson about Poblo's enclosure ;)

Did the hopper ever turn up?

Thanks Prince is my buddy when it suits him . You know cause hes a snake . Yes I believe them fact that his little buddy could have been gone forever registered strongly with him .Right now we have a hopper , I have looked some for it but not enough . I will make a small animal live trap out of a modified Victor rat trap in the next few days . I still need to flesh out the inside of Prince,s habitat as soon as possible . He seems to like being able to stretch out fully for know.

Chalk this one up to lesson learned and be more vigilant in the security of the animals. Escapes always make reptile keepers look bad. Join and support USARK. Congrats on finding the snake and the hopper.
