Small Aboreal Snakes?

What are some small aboreal snakes that handle captivity well?

What's your definition of small? Most arboreal snakes are on the smaller side. Also are you looking for true arboreal or will semi arboreal work?

Hmm...small...under 5 feet, preferably under 3?

Semi-aboreal is fine. Also looking at something active.

Would like to be able to handle it, but pretty would be nice as well.

Rough green snake. Cheap, small, arboreal, active, insect eaters so you get to see them eat more often. And I've never held one that wanted to bite.

I was actually thinking of a rough green but heard most are wc. Is this true?

Yes most are. Under three feet would narrow it down. Another option would be an Indonesian tree boa. Very small, neat snakes. Only downside to me is most, if not all are WC, and they're lizard eaters. Another option is a male Amazon tree boa. Most stay around 4', eat rodents, and are on display. But they're known for having a pissy attitude.

Green whip snakes (Hierophis viridiflavus) are an option as well. a friend of mine has one and I can spend hours looking at the little bugger lol. But again the disadvantage with them is that they only eat live lizards. At our local pet shop they do give a reduced price on anoles if you tell them that there going to be used as feeders.
