I have searched the web with a vengence and have found no one that breeds Northern/Eastern Blue Tongue Skinks in Canada!!! I know they are here; I've seen them, I'm not crazy...well that crazy! :D If anyone out there can help me in my seemingly hopeless search I would be amazingly greatful. :medbigsmi

Thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!
We have a CB blue tongue at work for sale, he was produced at the store, the parents are there as well (they aren't for sale). I don't know of anyone that is currently breeding them though.

I was at our TARAS Reptile society meeting last night and a lady and gentleman were there that had 3 hatch 2 nights before. The have the parents as well. If you are interested in contacting them I can try and get their contact information. PM me or e-mail me if you would like the info.

lol I found myself quizzically re-reading that post about blue tongues hatching... :p
Yea, Port Credit Pets has some beautiful blue tongues on a fairly regular basis. I got my big girl from them a while back, she was one of probably 6 from what I remember. I've really never had a better pet herp than my blue tongue. You could check up w/ PCPC... www.portcreditpets.com.
They are a fantastic animal to work with, if you don't mind my two cents.

Geez... I was jooooking. lol. As long as you don't ask why the baby herps aren't with their mothers, or ask "don't they need their mother's milk??" I think you're fine. We all start somewhere.
I do sincerely apologize if I offended you Greg. I didn't set out to do so.

LMAO. Mmmmmm reptile milk!!! I hear it goes great with cookies!
I've heard worse, once I got into this serious argument with this guy becasue he was damn sure that snakes had ears! it took all I had not to smack him when he said that he used to own a corn and it had ears!!!

Not offended at all. Jsut didn't want to sound like too much of an idiot or someone who was misinformed. I got asked at the Edmonton Pet Expo last month if my beardies ears was where they breathed out of, and also someone told me they were told by someone in a pet store that beardies were pretty mean. They realized they were misinformed once they met my pair.

One time there was a lady who inquired as to what water the fish drank...
*ponders*
Greg, those ears are like gill slits, did you forget??
Alright, glad to hear there were no ill feelings.
Snake ears?? Those are right next to the mammary glands, right?? It's scary to think that someone who, having actually owned a snake, still was convinced that they have ears... :|
