So My Boas eyes clouded over about 10 days ago, and she still hasn't shed and shes very inactive. Should i be worried? Her eyes now look clear but she still has the purple sheen to her body.

I wouldn't worry Chad. They usually shed a few days after they "clear up". If your temps and humidity are good she should shed with no problems. Keep us posted.

So I officially became a mother hen. She shed last night with no problems. Hopefully now she will become more active. Thanks for your help.

Great news! What happened is perfectly normal, but it's always better to be concerned than sorry -- so well done. And, um, picture? ;-)

Hi my RTB does the exact same thing . His eyes cloud over he lets you know hes blind ,and doesnt mind turning his head to the sky mouth wide wide open and at
a right angle to cage top and a great big leave me alone hiss . But with that out off his mind , if its feeding day he will allow himself to be removed from his habitat to be feed .the next day his eyes will be clear and no ill temper . in fact he might not shed for several days . Last shed happened that way feeding day he had was blind he feed out of his pen , in his feeding tub . The next day eyes cleared up no signs of shed for the rest of the week . Next feed still no shed he feed I noticed a small patch if shed on the bottom of his feeding tub . Put him away checked on him after a bit noticed his skin on his head was starting to come off. I went and got my phone and managed 26 seconds of him shedding before my battery died . I need to change the vids format then ill upload a vid of Prince in the act shedding on my phone cam for 26 seconds .
