What is the average weight of an adult female bci?
My female jungle is three years old, 6-6.5 feet, and is 7.5 lbs. Just wondering how heavy I can expect her to get.

I have a 9 foot female bci and she averages 27-35 lbs. I feed her one rabbit every 4-5 weeks when she's in feeding mode (she goes off food from November to roughly now) and there is a noticeable lump in her.

I'm not sure, that seems to be a tad bit light though. My male is 3.5 years old, 6'3" and 8.5 lbs. He gets fed a rabbit or a rat that doesn't leave a lump every 4-5 weeks, and I've begun fasting him during the winter. I'd say she'd be about his weight or a little heavier, maybe 8-9.5 lbs for her current size? I wouldn't worry *too* much about weight, if she looks to be in a good body tone. Keeping track of weight is good to see how much weight she's losing or gaining, but I'd look more towards her body tone and how you feed her to see if she's a good weight. Then when she's fully grown see where she ends up. I'd say 20+ lb sounds good for a 9'+ snake, but a 6' boa should never be that heavy (and I've seen people claim their 6' boas were this heavy).
