Not a reptile, but I took this one from the backyard. At the time of taking this shot, I didn't realize there was a fish in the bird's mouth.

Thanks guys, still learning my photography
Man..how do you get your subjects to hold still? I'm chasing mine all over the place! Great pics as always!

haha it's the same for me. I need to take these pics fast until they start moving around.
In the photos of the snakes on the green cloth, I will let them settle in their hide for a few minutes while I think of how to compose the shots. Once I'm ready I'll lift the hide and immediately begin shooting. They usually stay put for a few minutes so I have enough time to get in a couple of good ones.
And the rest of the pics are of them basking in their enclosure, so they'll be still to begin with until they get annoyed and move away.
I really need to get stronger lighting. I'm forced to use bigger apertures so the depth of field on some of the photos look weird.

As usual, great pics! I especially like the ones with the black back ground, always looks awesome.

The carpets look great as always but I'm really loving that boa, is it a cay caulker?

It's a cay caulker indeed. Compared to the other ones i've seen she has quite a bit of pink to her. Hope she keeps her light coloration into adulthood.
