M. amethystina (Scrub python), Papua New Guinea/Irian Jaya(West Papua), 10ft+, this is the one that is most commonly thought of as a scrub python.
You're missing more in the scrub complex.
M. kinghorni (Amethystine python), largest scrub, up to 18ft with reports of larger, only in Australia (Queensland)
M. nauta (Tanimbar python), smallest species, usually under 7ft, only on the Tanimbar island
M. tracyae (Halmahera scrub), 10ft+, found on the Halmahera island
M. clastolepis (Moluccan scrub), 10ft+ found on the Moluccan islands
I'll PM you a link with more info and some pictures on each since someone else did all of the work already.

Thanks for your pm and also for your input. Actually i just covered the species under the Morelia Genus. I didnt cover subspecies of each species.
Also if you are aware in wikipedia the classification differs from reptile-database.org . Which one is the most updated and correct?

Those aren't subspecies, they're their own individual species and are genetically diverse enough from each other to warrant separate listings.

I would go with reptile-databse.org's listing. Wikipedia is notoriously inaccurate and isn't usually the best source. Interestingly enough reptile-database has the entire scrub complex listed as it's own genus now, Simalia, along with Boelen's and Oenpelli pythons. Looks like Reynolds is fighting with others again about the phylogeny of various species. At least reptile-database has them listed individually.

Thanks for the tip. I would make the necessary changes then. :)
