what does numbers (1.0, 0.1 and such) mean?

I see 1.0 bumblebee
2.0 blablabla
0.1 blablabla

something like this...

He's got it perfectly! Just to add on:

2.0 would mean two males.
1.3 would mean one male and three females.
etc.
