I have decided to start a progression thread for Shesha. He has grown so much just in the two months I have had him. I can't wait to see him grow into a beautiful adult snake. ^_^

This is a photo from the breeder taken right after he hatched.

The day he arrived at home. :)

He was so tiny

These are some shots taken last night, about two months later.

He seems to be thriving so far. When he came home he was 92 grams. He now weighs 133 grams and is eating like a champ.

Thank you :). He is so wonderful, just a perfect personality. I really lucked out since he is my first snake but he is just the most relaxed friendly little guy I have ever met. I absolutely adore him, best pet I have ever had. ^_^

They really are, and I am so glad to have him. It can be so eye-opening to interact with animals that are not commonly kept. I have always loved all animals, but getting to really spend time with them up close is amazing. I first realized this with my salamander. I never expected him to have such a big personality but he is amazingly interactive and bold. I really believe that anyone who thinks that snakes aren't individuals or aren't expressive simply lack experience with them. They may not be as easy to read as a cat or a dog, but after enough time spent with them it becomes clear that there is very little difference.
