So i hoped this day never came but i accidently fell asleep last night with my snake out and it wasn't around when i woke up :( whats the craziest, most unusual place youve ever found a lost snake?? Is there anywhere specific to look and what if it went down a vent???

I just went through this a few months ago. The best way to go about it is to think of it as a great chance to clean EVRYTHING in your house. Chances are he didn't go far, so start in that room. Empty every drawer, check in every shoe, look inside bed frames. I ended up finding my lost snake in a guitar that was hanging on the wall. Good luck.

Haha thats just what i did. My apartment is suuuper clean now! I didnt find her after cleaning everything and was getting really worried so i set out a rat and laid down on my bed to think about where she could be. I felt something moving under me and pulled back the covers and there she was!! 5 hours of freedom and she had curled up next to me for some heat! Soo happy to have found her.

I had a Gravid Ball Python get out of her enclosure once, I will admit it wasn't as secure as it should have been, she got out and laid all her cluth in the space between my bathroom sink and the wall, so I couldn't pull her out, I had to wait for her to lay all the eggs and get hungry, then she came out for a rat and I got my eggs, this was over the course of like 3 days.
I also had another BP that would escape and come lay under my pillow, this happened like 20 times, I was a lot younger and wasn't able to stop him from escaping, smart little guy!
I'm very glad you found him though, I'm glad to hear!!
