Envirotex?

I am currently designing a new cage for my Red bloods It is about 5 x 2 1/2 x 2 and is made of 3/4" plywood I am trying to decide what to treat the interior of the cage with to prevent dryrot I've heard envirotex lite is a good safe product to use but I wanted the opinion of people with experience in the area of swamp snake terariums. any suggestions would also be appreciated.
