Cleaning was WAY over due for this girl, had my dad hold her while I cleaned everything up and snapped some pics. She still hasn't eaten for me, and it's been since August...any tips before trying live? I've tried braining and scenting, I've kept it in a bag while I thawed it so it wouldn't get wet, think I might try to feed in another container but I'm not sure if that will help. She still acts healthy and I don't think she's lost weight but I just like to know my snakes are eating, lol.

My dog does so well with the snakes, lol. :)

She's a cutie Hannah. Not sure why she wouldn't be eating though. After 2 months of trying f/t with braining and scenting I'd probably offer a small live feeder. Maybe someone else has a better idea. Best wishes.

Love CRB's when they are little! Great little girl you have! As far as feeding goes, have you tried offering smaller prey to see if that will get the appetite moving along?

Thanks guys! and I'll try one size smaller this week. If not I'll go with live to get something in her. She's been passing urates and everything normally, so I'm not sure!

Cute little thing, Hannah!

What was the prior owner/breeder feeding her? Can you match that?

Rainbows also sometimes go on random unger strikes for new food types. If you're offering rats, try a mouse...it might just do the trick for you!

When my male was little, he stopped eating for about two weeks, until I offered a fuzzy instead of a pinky. She's a nice looking CRB :)
