Background information, Toothless first off is an Amel Het Caramel Corn Snake.
He's a fast little bugger and managed to get out of his cage.
He's been out for almost 2 weeks. Today my wife found him and he's in dire straights and we are trying to figure out how to help him.
He managed to go to the coldest room in the house and get caught on a sticky trap for mice. He is severely dehydrated but still alive! She managed to get him carefully off the trap by using citrus cleaner. She immediately rinsed him off.
He is now resting in a small ziplock bowl with a hole in it so he can breath.
also since he was real cold we have a warmer under the bowl with a paper towel to act as a buffer. We have a small amount of water in the bowl also. I personally don't like the idea of the warmer. He does move once in a while and when my wife removed him he was really defensive. So any and all advice is appreciated!!!!!!
