Are these mites?

So I've only had my corn snake for about six weeks now. I noticed these dark spots on her underbelly. When I've been looking at pictures of mites, I don't really see any pictures that have as many as she might, so I don't know if she has them or not.

Could someone please help?

If she does, could someone please tell me:
1. What might have caused it?
2. How I can get rid of them?
3. How I can treat her ASAP.

Those just look like spots to me, if you see little black dots moving then you have mites, best place to check for mites is up around the eyes and nose

Okay, so I think I can calm down. I just found this thread:

She's a caramel motley corn snake. The mites don't come off in the hands, and she hasn't been soaking in water either, so I think I'm just panicking, being a new owner and all.

But I'd still like to know what you guys think!

Thanks. Yeah, I think they're just freckles. When we were taking pictures they didn't move. Thank you for the input!
