So im getting a hognose on the 18th of October because that's when repticon is coming near me, but I have a question about my setup. One of the hides in the tank I made out of a rock and simply turned it into a roof, will the snake feel sacure in it or will it feel exposed thus stressing it out?

I've used stacked rocks to make hides and my snakes liked them just fine. Just make sure that there's no way the rock could shift and crush your snake.
