Young Ball Python

Hi everyone I'm new to group. I have a young python named nova. I am quite worried about him though. I noticed he looked wrinkly last night, I just figured it was because he is shedding. Although I read on here the symptoms of being dehydrated and am worried now! I sprayed him down but I am wondering what else I can do? Please help!
