My fortune cookie says, "A calm sea does not make a skilled sailor". Appling this to snakes, Only handling docile snakes does not make for a talented skillful snake handler.

And only cleaning small snake poop does not get you ready for cleaning giant snake poop lol.
Or cleaning after snakes that only poop once a week or so does not get you ready for those that drop daily bombs.

I think I see your point Jerry. We need challenges to help us grow. We should appreciate a critter with a little attitude. It keeps us on our toes when we get a nippy or otherwise defensive snake. I just hope that attitude wanes over time with trust and proper handling.

Keeping one or two snakes for 10 years doesn't make you an 'experienced' snake keeper either, just because you keep an animal alive for several years doesn't mean you're experienced.

Ew which snakes go daily? My kingsnake goes a few times a week but not daily.
