Hey guys, the old place I got my organic dirt from for my Uromastyx ornata philbyi stopped selling it and the new stuff can't be watered easily. Does anyone know where I can get some dirt for a bio active, burrowing setup near clear lake Texas? Needs to hold a burrow without too much humidity, as it is for a Uromastyx.

Forgot to add that it ideally could support a creosote bush.

Just check home depot and get some organic soil. Pack it in prior to snake. Worked for me.

Head west for a few hours and dig some up.

The big hype for planting and frog vivariums is ABG mix. You can buy or make it yourself if you can find the needed barks

Ended up going with equal parts decomposed granite, sand, and organic soil, with a bit of clay. Has worked well so far.
