Hi everyone,

Anyone got some idea's or suggestions how to do this

Welcome, I'm new to all this myself but you could search for rack style setups on here if your eventually looking at multiple snakes. These people are very knowledgeable and nice, I'm sure someone will respond with further advice

Hey and welcome! What kind of snake do you have and plan to acquire?

How elaborate or nice do you plan to build? There are lots of ways to go about it.

as nice as possible with sliding glass doors and with the basking and heat lamp inside the cage

I would just add to this comment that you should make sure to build a wire frame/cage around any heat lamps you put inside the cage to prevent any accidental burns from occurring.

This is what I built for my boas:

I am only using a Radiant heat panel for the moment. Planning to add some water/moistureproof led lights for some internal lighting.

The Radiant heat panels don't really get hot enough to burn so they are safe to use in the cage. ;)

I'm not exactly sure the care for a corn snake. But I think you would be fine with just a heat panel. Maybe a heat mat, I don't use one with my cage, some other people do.

The wattage of the heat panel depends on the size of the cage. You will need a thermostat to make sure you keep the right temperatures as well.

I bought my heart panels from here: RBI Radiant Heat Panels (http://www.reptilebasics.com/rbi-radiant-heat-panels)

You can be as elaborate as you feel. I put my lights outside.
